We are a small team of highly experienced & professionally qualified Engineers with a strong technical background, offering sales, installation, repair, spares and consultancy services for customers involved in a diverse range of processes & applications that require precise cooling & liquid temperature control systems. These include Industrial & Medical Lasers, Scientific & Pharmaceutical processes, Analytical Instrumentation, Semiconductor Processing, 3D Imaging and Machine tool systems.

With over 20 years international experience in the Design, Commissioning, Sales and Service of Process Cooling Systems & Fluid delivery solutions, our Technical Director, Neil Weeks BEng PgDip MInstR, now leads WTS, providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to both OEM’s & End-Users of water & air-cooled chiller systems, heat exchangers, ULT baths & circulators.

WTS were formed on 1st January 2006, and have quickly become established as the UK leading technical authority for Lytron, NESLAB, Haake, & Thermo TC products. Our NESLAB product knowledge is second to none, which is why WTS are the preferred UK Service contractor of the NESLAB distributor, Thermo Electron Corporation.

We believe in a simple business philosophy of “Right first time – Every time”. We implement this by adopting Best Practice Techniques in all that we do, throughout our Sales, Service & Support functions. This quality driven approach has enabled us to secure new business as well as developing some key partnerships with World Class Companies.

WTS continue to develop our relationships with suppliers to ensure we can provide key spare parts such as Procon Pumps & GE motors direct from stock. We offer a comprehensive range of key spare parts available for Next Day delivery anywhere in the UK.

We value the Environment, which is why any Equipment Service or Repair is undertaken by a Qualified & Industry registered Refrigeration Engineer.
